Flood proofing communications facility

Due to tight space constraints, and the backwater-type flooding that occurs here, FCA was able to provide fixed struts to these posts that protect the electric of the facility.

Ordinary office workers were drilled to erect the flood panels, simulating a flooding situation. These planks are only 10' long, which make them especially managable, but also double the work versus the standard 20' planks that FCA generally recommends.
